Videozify is a local conversion tool. We do not store, stream, or republish the files you drop. You must already have the right to convert each file. Processing on your device does not grant a licence you did not have.

Our content

The Videozify name, logo, layout, and original writing on this site are ours or used under licence. You may not copy the site as a competing product or scrape the guides for a spun clone.

Your files

You represent that you own the file you convert, or that you have a licence or other legal basis to process it. Typical legitimate uses include a lecture you recorded, a bounce from your DAW, or a clip you shot on a phone.

Ripping a commercial film, a paid-for track, or a broadcast you do not have rights in can infringe copyright. Local conversion removes a third-party server copy. It does not make an infringing copy lawful. Videozify is not a downloader and has no URL field that fetches other people’s media.

Why we usually have nothing to take down

A DMCA notice typically asks a host to remove a file stored on a server. Videozify does not keep user media. There is no library of converted MP3s to delete. If you believe a page of ours — a guide, a screenshot, or copied text — infringes your copyright, we can review that page.

How to send a DMCA notice

Email [email protected] with:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
  • The URL on Videozify where the material appears, or a description specific enough for us to find it
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner

We will review complete notices. Incomplete notices may be ignored. Misrepresenting infringement can have legal consequences.

Counter-notice

If we remove a page of ours because of a notice, and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with the information 17 U.S.C. § 512(g) requires. We are not a U.S. user hosting platform for your media; this process applies to our own pages.
