Why is there no contact form?
A form is a server that receives messages. People attach the file they wanted converted. That would create the upload path the rest of the site refuses to build. Videozify has no media POST endpoint.
Support questions that are actually conversion jobs should be done in the tab. Open the matching tool, drop the file, download the result.
Can I email a file to be converted?
No. Email is not a dropzone. Attachments sit on mail servers. That is the architecture this product exists to avoid. If a conversion failed, try a computer instead of a phone, a shorter clip, or a copy without DRM. About explains memory limits and the single-thread engine.
